1. Use Noise Club lawfully
You must not use Noise Club to create, store, schedule, publish or distribute material where doing so would be unlawful.
You must comply with laws that apply to you and with the rules of any social platforms you connect.
2. Only upload material you are entitled to use
Do not upload music, footage, images, logos, text or other material unless you have the rights or permission needed to use it in the way requested.
That includes relevant rights in recordings, compositions, samples, performances, photography and video.
Noise Club does not give you a licence to somebody else’s work.
3. Do not impersonate people or artists
Do not create an artist workspace, connect a social account or publish material in somebody else’s name unless you are authorised to act for them.
Label, manager and agency users are responsible for having authority to manage the artists they add.
4. No illegal or seriously harmful content
You must not use Noise Club to create, store, publish or distribute material that is unlawful or that Noise Club is legally required to remove or restrict.
This includes material that unlawfully infringes intellectual property rights, facilitates crime, contains unlawful threats or harassment, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
5. No malware or security abuse
You must not:
- upload malware or malicious code;
- probe or attack Noise Club’s infrastructure;
- attempt to bypass security controls;
- access accounts or data without permission;
- deliberately overload the service;
- interfere with other customers’ use of Noise Club; or
- attempt to bypass or reverse engineer security measures for an abusive purpose.
Good-faith security reports should be sent to info@noiseclub.co.uk.
6. No fake engagement or spam through Noise Club
Noise Club is a content production and publishing service.
You must not use, or attempt to use, Noise Club to operate:
- fake likes;
- automated comments;
- follow/unfollow schemes;
- unsolicited bulk messaging;
- fake accounts;
- engagement manipulation; or
- other activity designed to deceive social platforms or their users.
Noise Club does not provide these features.
7. Respect social-platform rules
Third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky have their own terms, policies and technical requirements.
Connecting a platform through Noise Club does not exempt you from those rules.
If a platform restricts your account, removes content or rejects a post, you remain responsible for complying with that platform’s rules and dealing with any appeal or account issue directly with the platform where necessary.
8. Do not abuse plan or service limits
Noise Club subscriptions are intended for use within the features and limits of the plan purchased.
You must not deliberately circumvent technical or account limits, create duplicate accounts for the purpose of avoiding restrictions, or use the service in a way that causes unreasonable load or materially interferes with other customers.
Important usage limits will be displayed as part of the relevant plan or service.
9. Rights complaints
If you believe material being processed through Noise Club infringes your rights, contact:
info@noiseclub.co.uk
Please provide enough information for us to identify the material and understand the basis of your complaint.
We may restrict access to disputed material while we investigate a complaint or comply with our legal obligations.
10. What happens if this policy is breached?
Depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue, we may:
- ask you to correct the problem;
- remove or restrict affected material;
- disable a campaign;
- disconnect or restrict a publishing function;
- temporarily suspend an account; or
- terminate access in serious or repeated cases.
Where appropriate, we will try to explain what has happened and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems or third parties, prevent unlawful activity, or comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
